We are here for you. We will gladly accompany you on the journey of discovering and developing your talents and talents of your teams and organizations. We are able to adapt our offer of services according to your needs and possibilities.
use your talents
Individuals
Talent development is based on the CliftonStrengths® questionnaire. If you are interested, we will send you an email with the access to the questionnaire together with instructions on how to complete it. After completing the questionnaire, you will receive documents about your talents in English directly from Gallup® by email. Then we can schedule an individual talent interview either in person or online.
It will be up to you how many individual meetings you will be interested in. We recommend having the first one and then deciding if you want to continue with the next ones.

Teams and organizations
For teams and organizations, we offer and recommend the following. Introductory presentation before completing the questionnaires, then completing the questionnaires. This is followed by another presentation that will shed more light on how to work more with the talents.
We also recommend at least 1 individual interview for team members (at least for management), then 3 team meetings (after the first meeting you can consider if you are interested in more, also considering your budget). We will gladly agree with you on what course of action would be ideal for your conditions and options.
In case of interest, we can join this process with other team activities (values, well-being, psychical activities, prevention of burn-out, etc.).

Managers and leaders
The process is similar to that of individuals. First, you can attend the introductory online seminar where you will learn more about the talent approach, what it is based on and where it can bring you.
If you are interested in this seminar, we can continue by sending you an email with access to CliftonStrengths® questionnaire along with the instructions on how to complete it. After completing the questionnaire, you will receive documents about your talents in English from Gallup®. Then we can schedule an individual talent interview either in person or online.
For managers and leaders, we recommend attending at least 3-4 individual meetings, where we will also go through things related to your position – how to lead and manage people through their talents in a way that employees are more engaged, motivated, and how to do it through your talents. Because a person is the best leader and manager when in his/her position he/she makes full use of his/her strongest talents.
