Personal and Team Development

not only through CliftonStrengths by Gallup®

We offer three types of training aimed at discovering, accepting and developing talents in individuals as well as in teams and collectives. This offer includes three individual talent interviews and three team talent workshops that can help you achieve the maximum potential in your personal and professional life using your talents.

1. CliftonStrengths talent assessment by Gallup with a report in Slovak, Czech and English

What will you learn in this course:

We invite you on an exciting journey of discovering your talents and uniqueness! Talent, in this context, refers to how we naturally think, feel, or behave. Everyone has talents. None of the talents are good or bad; talent is neutral. What matters is how we develop and use our talents in life, how we work with them. Therefore, in order to discover the order of your talents (from talent 1 to talent 34), we offer you this product package, which includes the following components:

  1. Introductory video on talent development (in Slovak with Czech and English subtitles)
  2. Access to the CliftonStrengths talent assessment
  3. Detailed talent report in Slovak or Czech (English report is available directly on Gallup)

The introductory video lasts less than 25 minutes and serves as an initial training on talent development. It is advisable to watch it before or immediately after completing the Gallup CliftonStrengths talent questionnaire and before an individual talent coaching with the talent expert from Use Your Talents. Thanks to this video, the individual coaching becomes even more effective.

You will receive access to the CliftonStrengths talent assessment with a detailed guide that you will fill out on Gallup’s website. We recommend filling it out in the language closest to your native one – Czech, Hungarian, English etc. – as the questionnaire is not yet translated into Slovak. There is no need to worry because it is not a test; it is a questionnaire where all answers are “correct” if they describe you.

After completing the questionnaire, we will prepare and send you feedback in Slovak or Czech (depending on your nationality) to your email – detailed reports in English, German, French and few other languages are directly on the Gallup site. It is a very detailed 27-page report, where you will have your talent order in Slovak or Czech, detailed information about your top 10 talents, and other interesting insights.
