I devoted my studies to the field of andragogy, having gained my Bachelor’s degree at the Comenius University in Bratislava and my Master’s degree at MUNI in Brno. For me, the development of human personality is a fascinating process which I yearn to be a part of. I thrive doing that at my work where we educate, develop and facilitate various work teams, individuals, or whole companies by means of gamification, i.e. experience learning. In the past, I volunteered in the field of children and youth development and I graduated from a two-year leadership school which initiated in me the passion for being where big things take place. To watch people in development where they get to know themselves is a privilege that I decided to participate in. And Gallup Strengths certification is that means for me.
