Meet us

Since the age of 13, I have been involved in marketing, media, and education. I lead the marketing agency Mavio Media s.r.o. and the development program “Show your talent,” which was recognized by the Pontis Foundation in 2019 as one of the 15 most innovative educational projects in Slovakia. Thanks to this program, dozens of high school students and their teachers can discover their talents every year.
I am a Gallup® Certified Strengths Coach and have also completed internal certification training on the Use Your Talents platform as a Talent Practitioner. Additionally, I have undergone accredited training from the Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sport of the Slovak Republic in Coaching as a specific method of guiding young people, as well as the 4 Roles of Leadership program from Franklin Covey.
My life’s mission is to help young people discover their talents and assist companies in finding ways to better position themselves in the market. I enjoy working with leaders, managers, entrepreneurs, whether as a coach, lecturer, or consultant. Currently, I am leading the branch of UYT in Banska Bystrica.
