Meet us

I graduated in Strategic Management and expanded my expertise in mentoring and coaching (Gallup accreditation, ACSTH according to ICF standards for BCC) as well as leadership through Franklin Covey programs.

I focus on creating visions and strategies for organizations where people are at the center, emphasizing the development of their full potential and fulfillment of their personal missions. I am a certified Gallup coach, a trainer for the Gallup Global Strengths Coach (GGSC) course, a facilitator of development seminars, and a mentor.

Additionally, I lead a nonprofit organization with a membership base of nearly 10,000 individuals, dedicated to informal and experiential education. For over 10 years, I have been collaborating with volunteers across Slovakia. Together with my wife, we are raising five children, and in my free time, I pursue my passion—sailing.
