Gallup Talent Assessment
Our journey begins with a brief introductory workshop or video. During this, we explain the principles and address any questions.
Next, it’s time for the assessment. The output is a report that ranks your 34 talents in a unique order. You will find these on 27 pages of the report available in English, Slovak, or Czech. The report also includes recommendations for working with your strongest talents. This work is further explained in a follow-up session with a Gallup coach.
Team workshops are designed for workgroups. We guide you through the process of discovering, embracing, and targeting your strongest natural talents. Talent is an innate ability, a way of thinking and behaving that determines how we react and develop. After 40 years of research, Donald O. Clifton, the founder of positive psychology, identified 34 talents. These talents form the unique “talent DNA” of each person.
The CliftonStrengths® tool allows you to identify and develop these strengths. The probability of two people having the same order of all 34 talents is nearly zero. Each of us is unique. We focus on this—developing the best within you.
