I graduated from the Faculty of Humanities and Natural Sciences, I worked as a teacher and later on, as a project manager in a youth organization. I have experience with leadership, organization of leisure activities for various age groups. For over 20 years, I have been devoted to education activities and coaching of people as a volunteer. What is most interesting for me in the talent approach is the chance to uncover people’s uniqueness, to accompany them in their getting to know themselves and to discover how to better understand myself and other people. Becoming a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach opens new possibilities to serve people.
