I have mentored over 900 people from different spheres and 16 different countries. I have 30 years of various business experience up to the level of General Director of the continuous development and strategic programs division at Accenture (in the part of the company that was in 20 countries and had more than 40 thousand employees at that time). I have extensive experience in the following areas: large company management, change management, strategic planning, banking, process reengineering, financial management, management based on key performance indicators, design thinking and implementation of large IT projects.

For the last four years, I have focused mainly on the field of education. For the fourth year running, I am one of the main lecturers of the Academy of Directors, organised by Profesia. I also support the Comenius Institute by mentoring lecturers, mentors and participants in their training. We have already mentored management and employees of primary schools and high schools in Slovakia and the Czech Republic.

In 2020, together with the organization OZ V.I.A.C., I led a 9-day intensive training of school directors from Slovak and Polish Orava focused on management of change. In 2021, I completed a similarly intensive training, also in the field of leadership and change management for leaders (25 people) of six different schools (Piarist and Ursuline schools) from western and central Slovakia.
