I have graduated from the Faculty of European Studies and Regional Development. The word „development“ has always attracted me and I have remained faithful to it in both my work and personal life. I work as the manager for education and development in a non-profit organization. I love interconnecting work experience from public administration, non-profit, and private sectors. I am engaged in the area of developing children and youth by organizing animation programs, as well as charity events. I have experience and accredited education in project management. I like creating my own projects where I help people to find their potential. What I enjoy most, is to create and lecture personal development programs and integrate talent based and coaching approach, leadership, positive psychology, and neuroscience in them. In my project „Spokojná“ (Satisfied), I have decided to support women on their journey towards life satisfaction in relation to themselves, to people, as well as in their spiritual area. I like bringing strong personal realizations, where I also benefit from the Talent Expert certification by Use Your Talents.
