For more than 10 years I have been working with volunteers and youth in non-formal and experimental education. I run a non-profit organization with a membership base of almost 9,000 people. As a lecturer in development programs, I focus mainly on the topics of leadership, personal mission and teamwork. I have completed a certified training in Franklin Covey – Leadership, at Business Coaching College – ACSTH according to ICF with focus on business coaching, I am a holder of ECOo-C. I am certified as Talent Expert by Use Your Talents. As a mentor I accompany people in Life topics, and for me, talent mentoring in the Use Your Talents platform is a natural continuation of development and service to people.
