Gallup® tests and subsequent talent mentoring helped our organization not only to get to know each other better as individuals, but also brought us good movement as a team. Our sessions together have become an excellent teambuilding, but, most importantly, they have shown us why some people in our team clash with each other, why some of them naturally cooperate better with each other, but also why some of the things are not yet finished.
