I’m a big fan of Gallup. As a coach and educator, I see immense potential in talents that can open up new horizons for people. I work with children, youth, and adults in coaching, as well as in career counseling. At Use Your Talents, I am responsible for implementing new IT solutions, product development, and making sure things run efficiently and stay organized. In these areas, I build on my Gallup talents – Relator, Learner, Analytical, Achiever, and Maximizer. And do you know which one I like the most? Analytical, because it helps me find meaning in things where others don’t see it.
