I am dedicated to coaching, training and business opportunity development. In my work, I combine experience from academia, entrepreneurship and work with startups.

I have been working as a university teacher for a long time. I guide students to independent thinking, responsibility and the ability to systematically achieve set goals. I accompany them through the entire process of working with ideas, creating knowledge and their practical application.

Experience from both teaching and business environments allows me to work with people in a very practical way – helping them discover their strengths, develop their potential and overcome obstacles in achieving professional and personal goals.

In addition to individual coaching and corporate training, I also develop relationships with clients and support teams that want to grow, innovate and achieve better results.
