Cooperation with Jozef Kokoška started four years ago, when he became one of the key lecturers of the Academy of School Directors. We have gradually expanded our cooperation and added to the participants of the Academy the development of their talents using the Gallup® method on an individual and group basis. Taking into account the values of Profesia, we have also started to map talents in the company and we are working with Jozef’s team on the growth of our employees. For me as a leader, it is important to offer the opportunity to develop our people and, at the same time, to work on it.
