It is not complicated
Our journey together will begin with a short introductory session. You will then complete an online talent assessment that ranks your 34 talents in an order unique to you. You will receive detailed descriptions and recommendations for your strongest talents and we will talk about them more in person during individual meetings.
We will also be happy to prepare team workshops for work teams. By naming, claiming and aiming your strongest natural talents you can achieve an extraordinary shift in your professional and personal life.

Gallup®
CliftonStrengths®
Our approach to talent development is based on research of Donald O. Clifton, the CEO of Gallup®, who is also referred to as the father of strength-based psychology and the grandfather of positive psychology. Based on 40 years of research, he came to a conclusion that the key for personal growth is not the effort to correct the weaknesses of an individual, but, conversely, the development of their strengths. He identified 34 themes that make up a person’s personality and he created an assessment questionnaire – CliftonStrengths® – which can be used to uncover the unique combination of 34 CliftonStrengths® for each individual.
